Pros

Chetu is really great company in which you will be able to get all the latest technology to learn and also will meet good technically sound employee who will encourage you and motivate you to start with latest technologies. The biggest advantage of Chetu that each employee may interact direct to client in client meeting and learn the client requirement and suggest his/her view on the functionality in client meeting, by this way employee may improve his communication skills and requirement gathering skills. I joined Chetu as suggested by my friends and would like to suggest to my friends to join Chetu to be part of wonderful and technical group of people and would get the work in advance technologies. Chetu follows the transparent process for each employee. Here each employee is equal ,there is no hierarchy and there is good review process in which a team member can give review feedback of TL ,PM as well and vice versa as well.

Cons

I am very much satisfied with Chetu and feeling happy here. I would like to suggest to leave office time before 1 hours.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
