Pros

I can't think of any at the moment.

Cons

Bad upper management and company culture; low morale and high turnover. Their state-side training demands travelling to Miramar, FL, their hotel's rooms do not have kitchennettes, and they do not pay for any meals. They put you on the cheapest available flight (often with unnecessary and long layovers) and make you share rental cars during annual gatherings. Hours are very early (0530 am). Benefits are laughably bad, medical plans have huge deductibles and increasingly high premiums. Sales team is the absolute worst, overpromising, and lacking software guidance or functional knowledge of any sort. For technical project managers, company sponsors work visas then manipulates and bullies, and often cuts pay for, their on-shore managers once they arrive from India. They also like to point fingers and publicly humiliate, as sales team's overpromises and upper mgmt's lack of observation, lack of understanding, lack of communication skills, and off-shore teams' lack of technical expertise are made the burdens of project managers, exclusively. This is also not a good place for Indian women, for obvious reasons.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
