6yWhile we sincerely regret to hear of your frustration, we really appreciate the feedback as fostering a positive work experience and productive employee-manager relationship is incredibly important to us.
We understand that it is our employees that make our company successful and are always investing heavily in both them and our management team to ensure that everyone has the tools and training needed to ensure mutual success. As you are aware, we host monthly reviews of all employees, including all of management, to commend them on progress and offer guidance on things that can be worked on. All reviews, and any concerns, regarding management, especially those in leadership positions, are taken very seriously and addressed diligently to bolster both productivity and the employee experience.
Additionally, we would like to add that a positive company culture is a priority of ours and something we are continuously looking to promote as we grow in size. We are proud of our current, competitive benefits program, which includes direct deposit, and our growing employee engagement programs that are redefining the office environment.
