Pros

As an employee? None

Cons

You will be expected to have sales almost immediately or be fired. They hold commissions and even deduct from salary if minimums aren't met. They leverage work visas over employees from India, many of whom are some of the hardest working people in the company. Sad Ridicule in front of peers is a method used to trigger 'fight or flight' responses from employees to motivate them. I saw many people get fired for ridiculous things, and even saw one person have their flight home cancelled after they were fired for being late. This was an employee who had performed for the company for a good period of time You will be subject to live video monitoring the whole day while working from home. You will always have red-eye flights home and expected to work the next day bright and early. The demeanor of the CEO is that of a bully, but also a coward, which can make you upset and at the same time feel pity. Musilini School of Management is how I would describe it. There are good people there, who put on a good face but it is a toxic environment and should be avoided. I have read the negative reviews here and concur. The detail was in line with my experience. I have read the positive reviews here and believe that they are faked. How do I know? Because it is well known that they pressure employees to make good reviews, create a screenshot and submit it to management.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
