Do not join. No job security

Cons

Deducted money 4500rs from salary when you come with your family or friends in annaul party. Fired two three employees on doing cross questions. No job security. No work life balance. No fixed leave on festival holiday. Only work here if dont get other job. Leave as soon as possible. 3 months notice period. Deduct 10%from salary as bonus. Dont get if you resign in between year. If you ask to improve food quality on Saturday free meal they will tell you to improve your code quality first. No support from company if you met with some accident even in company premises.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.
