      the kids the parents lesson plans are made by the company 7 paid sick days upon hire

      Cons

      low pay short-staffed stressful inconsistent policies insufficient training management/corporate expect too much

      Pros

      The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

      Cons

      they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

      - Passionate and supportive principal - Mostly kind parents

      Cons

      - Apathetic and sometimes disrespectful Assistant Principals - Windows did not open at all - even in potty training classrooms with accidents regularly occurring - Some rooms did not have windows - Underpaid, overworked -
