      The kids!! Definitely the kids.

      Cons

      The coworkers are so rude, felt bullied. The director didn't want to listen to my concerns..went to talk behind my back to over coworkers and then had the nerve to talk to me about the conversations I had with them. Felt anxious the whole time. I don’t recommend.

      Pros

      The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

      Cons

      they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

      - Passionate and supportive principal - Mostly kind parents

      Cons

      - Apathetic and sometimes disrespectful Assistant Principals - Windows did not open at all - even in potty training classrooms with accidents regularly occurring - Some rooms did not have windows - Underpaid, overworked -
