Working with children is stressful by nature, but it is rewarding and there was ample support from the administrative team
Cons
Pay could be better, but there is room for advancement if you want to move up to a Lead Teacher role

The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

- Apathetic and sometimes disrespectful Assistant Principals
- Windows did not open at all - even in potty training classrooms with accidents regularly occurring
- Some rooms did not have windows
- Underpaid, overworked
