      Most families are very supportive and understanding Staff is very collaborative

      Cons

      Management will deliberately ignore your vacation requests If you ask management for help they will not offer any guidance and will often just give you a pamphlet on managing student behaviors for you to read Preferential treatment is given to some teachers

      The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

      Cons

      they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

      - Passionate and supportive principal - Mostly kind parents

      Cons

      - Apathetic and sometimes disrespectful Assistant Principals - Windows did not open at all - even in potty training classrooms with accidents regularly occurring - Some rooms did not have windows - Underpaid, overworked -
