      Pros

      The job itself is the only positive. Working with toddlers was very rewarding.

      Cons

      Upper management had no clue what the keystone stars program was and didn’t understand the importance of teaching strategies. They wanted to be “unique” and provide “better” care but it was the same thing as all other childcare. They just changed some words and uncharged.

      The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

      Cons

      they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

      - Passionate and supportive principal - Mostly kind parents

      Cons

      - Apathetic and sometimes disrespectful Assistant Principals - Windows did not open at all - even in potty training classrooms with accidents regularly occurring - Some rooms did not have windows - Underpaid, overworked -
