      Pros

      Lesson plans are great! The electives are wonderful and you do get time to plan! I loved having teacher work days to plan.

      Cons

      A LOT of pressure on teachers. The upper management has no experience working with kids. They expect you to get WAY to much done in one day. The playground structures are horrid and the playground are not safe! The parent pay and arm and a leg and it does not come back into the classroom it goes to upper management!

      The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

      Cons

      they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere

      - Passionate and supportive principal - Mostly kind parents

      Cons

      - Apathetic and sometimes disrespectful Assistant Principals - Windows did not open at all - even in potty training classrooms with accidents regularly occurring - Some rooms did not have windows - Underpaid, overworked -
