- Director of Care is fair and understanding - Very well-run by senior management, especially during the first few years of the pandemic - The majority of the employees are a pleasure to work with

- The union representing the employees doesn’t have strong leadership—quite selfish - A handful of families/residents are hard to please no matter what you do
