You get paid, you get benefits, you get ....well that's about it, nothing else really comes to mind.
Cons
When I first joined Chester I was ecstatic, my first "grown-up" job. But then came to realize how much the company didn't care about its employees like other companies such as: AECOM, CH2M, or ARCADIS; cared about theirs. You can go through the motions and mention to your supervisor things you do not appreciate or simple complaints you have and they'll say "I can assure you we are working as hard as we can to fix the problem." In all, your submitted complaint to them will end up nowhere else but at the bottom of a cemetery with someone else's hopes and dreams.
