Pros
Benefits were great. Immediate Supervisors were extremely supportive and friendly.
Cons
It's the beer business. So early hours, working on Sundays and the occasional Saturday. Completely commission based. Slow season = no money. Also, your performance is completely rated on what accounts buy or not. You really have to plan your years finances around the busy season. Warehouse location not ideal for all employees. Especially for after work sales meetings that are mandatory. Also treated as the "New guy" for most of my time there.
