Pros
Pay was good and the front-line employees are fantastic to work with.
Cons
Senior management was always looking for a way to undermine or catch employees doing something wrong instead of supporting and working with other management to instill a culture of doing things the right way. Values of the company are very high but the culture of the company does not live up to them.
