      Pros

      Excellent Company to work for. They used a Team approach to their management system. Employee health and safety were always promoted. The pay was better than average across the company for comparable jobs.

      Cons

      The company sold to a competitor who does not value its employees in the personal way that Chesapeake Bay did.
