      You are very much part of team here, everyone works together. The company is a family run business and everyone plays an important part in making the company a success.

      Cons

      The only con is that cakes we make are irresistible so not good for the waist line.

      Security of job, Food trucks, Free brews. Santa Day Party for my kids, Feel like listened to.

      Pros

      A family owned company, that really has their people at the heart of the business. Listening to their workforce and looking for improvements where ever possible. Having a staff forum across both shifts helps with this.

      Cons

      As staff turnover is minimal, once you have worked up to a certain level, you can remain there until someone leaves.
