Pros
Great co workers on projects!
Cons
Per diem is only $45 day, even in very expensive cities. Most competitors per diem is $65 - $85. It's all about making money for family who own company, not treating Employees like they are a priority. Benefits, especially medical insurance, are horrible and very expensive. Very little communication to the Employees. Even when All Hands calls are announced, they are then never held. Additional layers of executives are added and then bonuses can't be paid for Employees who are billable bringing in the revenue.
