It's steady work. You show up, do your work and go home. You get some good exposure and experiences to the insurance world without having to do sales. You're paid every Friday and there is some room to grow and advance

They could do more for employee moral. Whether it's direct management or above them, it would be nice to feel more appreciated.

Some friendly employees, decent pay

No advancement opportunities at all and you will not get any feedback from management or supervisors unless you ask for it directly. You are offered very little vacation time, and it takes EIGHT full years of service to receive the common 3 weeks off. The computer programs are outdated and the company is not as efficient as they could be because of it. Distribution of work is extremely uneven, some employees are overwhelmed, while others are twiddling their thumbs with boredom. The workspace is not the cleanest, and the building itself is very outdated. Benefits are mediocre.
