      Pros

      I'm a DoD contractor with Chenega, so I really don't interact with the actual company too much. I can say their HR department is very friendly, accessible and quick to respond with issues/concerns. Comparable to other sub-contractors that my coworkers work with, Chenega seems to pay the most and have the best benefits (decent health, good 401k matching, etc).

      Cons

      Only nuisance is they seem to keep their thumb on the employees more so than other subs. e.g. weekly reports, less flexible hours, etc. However, this only means a minor amount of more paperwork.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
