      Pros

      Regular 40 hour work week. Company provides good health care package. The Air Force costumer is great to work for.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. Very unprofessional Program Manager, loses temper frequently and demeans employees. There is definetly a good old boy club. If you don't golf with the PM then you will never get anywhere. There is no chance for promotion or opportunities within the company. Those who were in the good old boy club hardly had to work while the rest of the employees picked up all of the slack.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
