      Very family feeling; Great management and really smart people with great ideas to propel us forward

      Cons

      would like to see tuition reimbursement (however, they have very good training opportunities to balance this)

      Thank you for your comments. I will discuss the issue of tuition reimbursement with our culture committee this month. We are focused on providing opportunities for growth within our organization. This is a directive from our business unit President and we will continue to support his guidance.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
