Seemed genuinely enthusiastic about acknowledging employee goals for growth Competitive salaries Management accessable Actually interviewed and hired talent, didn't just fill butts in seats.
Cons
Management was ill-prepared to adjust CFS to life after small business qualification. Their primary method was just to spin off a new AN 8(a) and align with other business units to leverage past performance. In other words, you could remain with the same customer for 10 years and work for 3-4 different "companies."
