- Toxic culture (stated by the Chief Legal Officer during an all hands meeting)
- Wrong people in the wrong roles
- Too much red tape to achieve results
- Extremely high turnover (not due to the Great Resignation especially in IT and HRIS)
- Make sure you ask about attrition during the interview and the length of time employees have been at the company
- IT owns the HRIS security but lacks the knowledge to properly assign access so that people can do their job
