      Pros

      ChenMed puts patients first. They really want to improve the health of senior citizens. The company is growing, which is exciting and encouraging. The values and mission of the company make me want to do my best work.

      Cons

      With growth comes change. That can sometimes result in a part of the organization going too fast and not following protocols. There are also many exceptions to practices that are not sustainable with the anticipated growth.

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
