      Great benefits. Great work environment.

      Cons

      Leaving behind the people that help grow the company. They hire who don’t know the south Florida market. They don’t pay the sales department what they should be pai. They make millions with Medicare patients. They don’t pay retention of patients. You work every day unless you turn your phone or e-mail off. Manager ask you for goals that they can’t even achieve. They need to get rid of the central market team and keep the other teams. The central market has medical centers on every corner.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

      Cons

      Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
