Pros

I enjoy delivering VIP service to my patient's every day with my PCP. All the physicians are very knowledgeable in what they do and are so compassionate with all our patients even the "difficult ones". I have experienced some very "real life" situations with my patients such as their hardships in homelessness and neediness for family support and we are here to provide assistance in every aspect which is the best holistic care possible from supporting them socially and providing transportation. I believe we do our best for the neediest population and this is such a reward to me! Kudo to all our physicians that are so compassionate and caring

Cons

Turnover rate is very discouraging but I have been here 3.5 years and standing strong!

Pros

Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

Cons

Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
