ChenMed strives to create and maintain a work environment in which people are treated with dignity, decency and respect. And sexual harassment in any form is prohibited under our anti-harassment policy and will not be tolerated. Period. End of discussion. If you have reported your concerns to your management and believe they were not taken seriously, please contact Ask HR, our ChenMed Compliance Officer, CARL, or any member of the Compliance Committee. We’re sorry you perceive the company’s emphasis on love as insincere since it is one of the organization’s key values. At ChenMed, we view love as an action rather than an emotion, and it means actively demonstrating our interest, care, and focus on our patients and each other. Demonstrating love doesn’t preclude us from disagreeing from time to time, or running low on patience during stressful situations. That happens in all families, but our goal is to demonstrate love and treat others with the dignity, decency and respect they deserve.
