      Pros

      The concept of providing great care to seniors is wonderful. The way the company pushes the primary care physicians to focus on a small cohort of patients reaps great changes in some of the most unhealthy patients. After a time, you can really see the results as you improve patient's health and keep them out of the hospital and ER.

      Cons

      The management of the company is a little too centralized. The rapid expansion didn't really allow for enough local control. Also, sales needs to track more closely with the capacity for the clinics to do the work. Without enough doctors, it is difficult to deliver on the promise to the patient.

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
