None really, it is a very bad place to work

Where do i even start.. bad management, stressful, unrealistic expectations, unpaid overtime..

Free tea and coffee on most days. 420 friendly environment

A lack of leadership, and trust. It seems to be 2 separate teams working here , floor staff and office management. The lack of health and safety is alarming. Equipment that doesn't meet modern regs ( interlocks, safe working systems) . Lack of training, environmental issues such as leaking chemical storage vessels.
