Very friendly team. Oportunities to work in the biggest projects in Oil&Gas in Brazil. Good work/life balance. Flexibility and freedom to do your job.
Cons
Slow salary increase and promotions. Very unstable because of the market segment. Almost no in company training. Bad feedback analysis. Terrible career plan.
