Pros

Mcdonalds is close by and the teams are nice to work with

Cons

- Micromanagement is the work style - employees treated horribly, with no respect or regards. employees treated like servants of the directors - no employee benefits at all and made to feel “grateful” for being paid for the job you do - unfair lateness and sickness policies, all “policies” are aimed at disadvantaging the employee to keep money back for the company - annual leave allowance is disgracefully low - everything for staff is kept intentionally and pitifully cheap resulting is poor facilities and equipment in the work place - negative culture - no job progression or training opportunities - extremely poor diversity and inclusion - no flexible working opportunities at all - made to do tasks well beyond your job

Pros

People are really helpful. Was a bit worried at first because some privately owned companies can be difficult but this is a really great place to work. There doesn't seem to be a "them and us" culture between management and staff, which is surprising but welcome.

Cons

holidays are a bit stingy but management seem very open to suggestions, so this may change.
