Pros

Small company, role can be diverse and interesting if you fit in with the clique

Cons

Management here are incompetent, unqualified, weird and have no people skills. They don’t care about you, they won’t look after you if you’re sick, they won’t trust you so micro manage to the point you are unable to perform. If you have half a brain don’t work here. There is no further development for you or pay rises once you start. If you don’t want to stagnate, don’t work here. They will milk a cash cow and never invest until it stops performing, then they will blame everyone except themselves. They will fire you once they have milked your expertise. Most people don’t survive 2 years. Very odd company.

Pros

Nick is a great manager and places in the clinical education team to develop our own training modules because it allows us to tailor content specifically to the hospitals we support. I feel like the connection with the RSMs at least for me is lacking.

Cons

Pros

Honestly, the only good thing you get from the company is the on site parking. You save time and energy from searching for a parking space. Aside from that, there is nothing else worth mentioning.

Cons

• Very low pay despite the role demanding far more effort than anyone would expect. • Employees are expected to stay constantly busy and are not allowed to stand idle. • Finishing your assigned tasks only means being forced to find more work immediately. • Being caught doing nothing outside of breaks can lead to reprimands or even suspension. • Systems are a complete mess, with poor planning and constant confusion. • Even managers seem clueless about how to handle staff and resort to suspensions or layoffs. • This place is run by amateurs who have no understanding of management or how to lead people.
