      Pros

      The people are great. Hard working and always will to go the extra mile to help follow workers.

      Cons

      No loyalty to workers. No bonuses, no holiday party. The only people who get the perks are upper management. The turn over rate is extremely high in every department. People are over worked and under paid. Management is petty and gossip. Offices and labs are crowded and need to be updated.

      Pros

      I love working here at Chembio everyone is a team and a family type of environment. The managers and supervisors help you when you need support in various projects. They take the time to explain the processes or product. I think Chembio is a great place to work in and offers many benefits,

      Cons

      Multiple turnovers in company can be hard to coordinate activities and roles. Company is small but you learn a lot.
