Timely salary payment, monthly without fail

Very huge pay gap. When a staff leaves and you're hired to replace them, in weeks you'll be doing everything they were doing at 1/8 of the pay. To get to their level you'd have to go through performance reviews for over 7 years. Company is bloated with managerial staff who almost do nothing at 10 times your pay

The management value and support their employees and encourage them to grow.

Remuneration is average though not bad. But you have a better chance if you are a sales person
