From meeting first time to landing a job was less than 3 weeks. Got multiple interviews during this period. Pros: (a) Kiran and the entire team at Chelsoft really cares about you, listens to you and works on your behalf to help you find your next job. (b) The network that Kiran and team has built over the years is hard to beat. It gives you the head start you need to find your next job. (c) If you are looking for transparency, guidance, support in the entire recruiting process, you will get it with Chelsoft's Team. (d) Payment has never been issue. (e) They offer health insurance, 401k, life insurance, short / long term disability insurance. (f) Frequent calls and cares about you following your placement on a regular basis. I had a chance to meet other employees as well in our team outing and most of them are happy to be part of Chelsoft Solutions Family.
