- treated like a sweatshop, all you do is slave away - management is awful and egotistical, the only way to get on their good side is to suck up to them and even then they will still gossip about you behind your back - toxic group of so called “adults” still playing childish games and staying in their own clique, badmouthing all newcomers and looking down at the rest - one particular manager (who i believe is still working there due to being so two-faced and well loved) is so incredibly micromanaging, refusing to trust the employees she supervises unless you are friends with her, and complains about you in chinese in hopes that you don’t understand - leaving on time is seen as taking a “half day” - company events mostly involve making bets as well, where it is seen as normal to persuade employees to gamble - the drinking culture is insane - you can never leave the office for lunch because everyone else buys food to bring back, eats for 5mins then back to work - the 1h lunch break is a scam because if you take the full hour, people will talk about you behind your back
