- highly inappropriate comments and behaviour from management. disgusting - little to no career development & training, especially for juniors - laughed at when asked for guidance - pulling rank as intimidation tactic - HEAVY drinking culture - clique-y team members, "family" - leaving work on time = "half day" - culture of glorifying OT, but half the time it's just for show - diversity & inclusion where - employees seen as resources, not people with lives outside of work - inflated titles for anyone above mid-level, but also refuse to promote junior staff to their appropriate levels???
