As a Samsung BA, you learn upcoming flagship products, are trained by actual SENZ product trainers, and you will be allocated to a specific retail/telco store in Auckland. The position is a casual-part-time role, where you can have a work-life balance, and you don't need to accept any shifts only if you are available.
Cons
This job is not a permanent position; it's mainly a casual position where you can just select which stores to work at, and the head office staff will determine where you will be rostered to work. If you need to be rostered every week, then it's best to select the sites to work at; otherwise, you will miss out on your working week! There are stores where you need to learn the latest promotions for the Samsung Galaxy range, like the big retail stores. Telco stores are easier to understand and quicker to learn their promos since they focus on pay-monthly plans! Since you are working as a stand-alone BA, you will be targeted by mystery shoppers and VIP's! Definitely spruce up your knowledge on smartphones!!
