Management treats employees poorly. Treatment is not the same for everyone, race will matter. Robotic behavior is highly expected. Human Resources does not support staff to make sure things are fair and employees are treated properly. No one should ever work at the level that is expected to work here and ALWAYS feel that what they contribute is never enough. There is a revolving door of new employees constantly. No job security.
