      they play reggae music inside

      Cons

      must buy your own apron ($34) must buy your own server book and guest checks owners are incredibly rude to their waitstaff long hours, work every holiday cannot take the food you order home if a full meal cannot be sold and is going to be thrown away they would rather give it to the trash instead of their employees who have never tried the food yet they expect for them to know how to describe it

      Pros

      Easy access from vehicle to entrance. Great Pay ($7.25 until I get my first guest then I am moved to server pay of $2.13) Tips here are phenomenal! Great Management Team, very understanding and will work around your school schedule If you train other ppl you get a complimentary meal All meals for employees are eligible for a 40% discount

      No Benefits, not even if you are willing to pay. Can't take food home

      Peers are like family, food is good

      Cons

      Owners have no respect or trust for their staff. Staff has a tremendously high turnover rate because nobody likes being constantly belittled and falsely accused of stealing. Customers notice having a new server every time they come eat.
