The pay is fair based on industry standards, nice people stuck working there. The brand is strong due to the founding management building a strong brand. The products they make are good and popular in markets.

Management has no clue about manufacturing rules and compliance, they are hiring manufacturing professionals to try to clean up the mess they have but the problem is that they don't trust or listen to the people they hire. The amount of gossip around the office is so unprofessional and a complete distraction from the work at hand.
