Pros
Friendly Coworkers, Flexible Hours, Easy Work. The sidework is very little compared to other jobs, coworkers can be a bit clicquey but otherwise somewhat friendly, and they work around tour schedules.
Cons
The managers don't communicate with each other or with you. They will point things out you are doing wrong during meetings instead of takeing you aside and telling you. If you do something wrong instead of showing you the right way they do it themselves without teaching you. The staff and hostess also roll their eyes and complain about difficult customers conspicuously in common areas which I find completely unprofessional. I was also sexually harassed by a busser on my second day of work. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other places to work in NYC.
