6-7 days a week. Employees are treated like trash. THERE IS NO BONUS HERE!!!! CEO is the most dreadful person you’ll ever meet and hosts a culture of belittlement. Been through 4 director of ops in 1/2 a year. Constantly in “shock” hire because if someone messes up even on their first day they are wrote up because the CEO makes you do it. If you don’t he will say “I’ll just find someone who can”. The thing is the people training the new hires are new hires themselves. Burnout in the first month NO day off even on an “off day” The owner says there’s no such thing as work life balance only harmony. Said loved ones are a distraction but can spend time with his. Honestly I can keep going and so could others but there’s no point because the owners EGO just look him up.
