      Fast paced work and flexible hours and good work environment.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Doesn't matter how hard of a worker you are. If your one of the harder workers.. you'll probably get screwed over.

      Understanding and flexible managers who are always willing to help a team member. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      To go specialists are on a tipped wage but the tips are terrible. Food often is not ready on time due to staffing issues behind the line. The kitchen is not clean.
