Antiquated, Poor R&D practices, Toxic culture - Senior Engineer Checkpoint Systems Employee Review

I was not going to write a review after I left. I was concerned that I would only sound bitter. Not until I spoke with ex-coworkers, who recently left and were treated horribly, was I willing to come back and write an honest review. Then, I deleted the paragraph-long anecdote and thought it was best to leave it at this: I recommend you go anywhere else if you are an engineer of any discipline who takes pride in their work. Management will force you to concede any standards of quality you may personally hold and demean you for holding them. It appears nothing has changed.
