Pros

Some of the people I work with are outstanding, but so many of them have left already or are a foot out the door. Salary is good, and in some roles better than market average. Figure out if you want to take your chance.

Cons

Gender discrimination running g rampant despite what social media will tell you. You're either with the Old Boys Club or you are done. If you dare to voice any opinion that is not in line with what thr fashionable behavior or buzzword is in a specific day, you are out. Like many other reviewers said, this is not a workplace that cares about employees wellbeing. Don't get suckered into the social media hype, bullying, sexism and discrimination run rampant and if you leave a decent job you will end up stuck here because you thought it's a good place. If you are neurodiverse or have a disability, run in the opposite direction. There is absolutely nothing positive or inclusive for you here. If you are looking for career growth, also don't bother. You will be stuck in a job where you have to justify your existence in the company to every new fresh wave of managers.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
