Pros

Is free lunch worth your mental health?

Cons

Terrible culture and absolutely no respect/ care/ concern about employees and their wellbeing. The vibe in the office is depressing, all of the good people are leaving. The latest re-org ( the third in my time in checkout) has demotivated everyone, there is no ownership and priorities keep changing all the time. Even people with the best intentions end up not caring anymore. This company treats people as numbers on a spreadsheet

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. We acknowledge that your feedback comes at a time when we have gone through layoffs, and we understand how difficult it is to see friends and colleagues being let go. We are striving to work more efficiently while also learning from feedback like yours. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated, and we are learning and evolving in how we operate in these areas: having a monthly all-employee meeting, monthly Q&A sessions with our leadership, frequent emails from management, and more.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
