The company has been conducting quiet layoffs, causing a lot of fear and uncertainty among employees. There have been two large-scale layoffs in quick succession. Unfortunately, the leadership team lacks transparency and competent people skills. Employees who are unable to come into the office on their designated days due to last-minute personal matters may face negative consequences in their performance reviews or risk being targeted for termination. Despite claiming to listen to employee feedback, the senior leadership team often implements policies that contradict the results of internal surveys. Additionally, there is little room for learning from mistakes in this company, as even if an employee takes ownership of and works to solve a problem, their managers may only focus on the mistake itself.
