Pros

Fellow team mates in your team.

Cons

If you want to join a company that combines the chaos of a start-up with the bureaucracy of a corporation, then look no further. What’s more, your ways of working will be dictated by the insular context of the chief officers. If you’re lucky, they’ll remember that people other than them work in the London office. If you work outside of London, then good luck being remembered that you exist at all when decisions are being made. On a more individual workload level, the company has no issues ignoring that there are missing people to fill roles, and are more than happy to push extra responsibilities on other roles, while still expecting them to deliver the same way on their original work. All in all, a good time. Would feel frustrated again.

We’re sorry that your experience hasn’t taken a more positive form. We’re mindful of the demands on our people, and our teams are always working to prioritize so we can serve our merchants in the best way. Our executive team is split across US & EMEA. As a global team themselves, global decisions are always a priority. We’re not perfect, but we are constantly looking at ways to improve.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
